THE STORY
Ron McNeill is a Canadian Country, Roots, and Americana singer-songwriter whose music is grounded in real stories and lived experience. Raised on Canada’s east coast in a deeply musical family, his sound is shaped by gospel, classic country, and old-time rock and roll.
As a songwriter, McNeill has earned over 90 cuts, with songs charting in Canada, France, Australia, and the USA. His work includes the award-winning theme song for the documentary The Love Of The Children, which received the Angel Award at the 2013 Monaco International Film Festival. He is also a two-time winner of Ole Publishing’s “Hitsville” competition at the Canadian Country Music Awards.
His debut album Waiting On The Day showcases his raw, heartfelt style, blending powerful storytelling with mainstream appeal.
His upcoming single, Calling All You Heroes, releases April 27, 2026, shining a light on the everyday people who step up when it matters most.
